Designing is a kind of activity aimed at creating a model of the future object, or its reconstruction. Specialists of the company Radek are able to design and implement any even the most complex ideas and plans.
Creation of new objects is conditioned by human needs. Designing as a kind of activity is used in all spheres of life: construction, business, furniture and interior items, etc. Consequently, each technological process involves the creation of a project. Designed objects can have different forms and must satisfy the imaginations and needs of people who use them. Such objects must correspond to their purpose, modern standards and requirements.
The components of the ideal project
To create high-quality, useful and beautiful objects in the development of the project involved a large number of specialists – architects, designers, design engineers, technologists, economists, etc.
The design of the objects is divided into the following stages:
- Determine the destination of the future object;
- Determination of requirements for a future facility;
- Analysis of possible variants of the models of the object;
- Development of sketch of the future object;
- Execution of calculations, specification of the form and design of the facility;
- Preparation of working documentation;
- Author’s supervision.
Definition of the object assignment
In construction, the purpose of objects is determined by the type of structure and the function of the object. By the type of structure distinguish: buildings, structures, structures, temporary buildings, etc. By functionality, construction objects are divided into residential, public, industrial, special buildings and structures.
Definition of requirements for the future object
The requirements for a future facility are determined by the Technical Design (TOR) for design. The Technical Task is developed by the designers according to the needs and wishes of the customer. The Terms of Reference approve: the type of construction object, architectural style, volume-planning solutions, the basic building materials of walls, ceilings, roofing, foundation.
Analysis of possible variants of object models
According to the Technical Task approved by the Customer, the project architects are offered several options for the appearance of the future facility with different space-planning solutions. The feasibility of these options is given. We consider the most suitable variants for stylistics to a specific site of construction.
Sketch of the future object
The selected variant of the object is projected onto a specific area of the terrain with reference to the sides of the world, to the surrounding landscape and the existing building. Visualizations are being constructed from various points of the site with understandable landmarks (a figure of a man in full growth, a car, etc.).
Perform calculations, refine the form and design of the object
Guided by the current rules and regulations, as well as the features of the structures used, the volume-planning solution is adjusted, the dimensions of the translucent structures are insolation, the number of entrances to the building, the number of public places, special zones and premises are assigned. The evacuation routes are calculated according to the required dimensions and the evacuation time. The aggregated calculations are made for the compliance of the applied designs with a certain volume-planning solution.
Creation of working documentation
On the basis of previous stages and requirements of GOST R 21.1101-2013 SPDS develops working documentation for the construction of the facility. The general sections of the project – General Plan (GP), Architectural Solutions (AR) are implemented, on the basis of which Constructive Solutions (KR) are developed, which include structural sections (QoS, KM, KD, etc.), sections on the organization of engineering networks on the construction site and in the buildings under construction (OB, VC, ES, EO, etc.), sections on the organization of construction processes, with schedules of work (PIC, OOS, PB), the estimated documentation (SM) is produced.
The purpose of architectural supervision in construction is to exclude unreasonable deviations from the requirements of design, working and budget documentation. This is a guarantee that the characteristics of the construction site will be consistent with the project. The project for the construction or reconstruction of the facility includes different components: architecture, planning, technological and engineering solutions, communications, environmental protection. These components should be implemented as they are designed and developed by the designer.
Author’s supervision is carried out in relation to construction and installation works, construction site, structural elements and systems, as well as executive and budget documentation, procurement documentation for materials and equipment.
